RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We at Khanak Emporium value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can only be returned if the original security/tag seal is intact.
If the tag is removed or tampered with, no return or refund will be accepted under any circumstance.

The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must send an email to support@khanakemporium.com
with:

Order ID

Product name

Reason for return

Photos of the product and the intact tag.

Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

If approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable.

Customized or made-to-order items

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards or accessories without tags

5. Shipping Responsibility

All deliveries are handled by DTDC Courier Services.
You will receive your tracking code and DTDC link within 1–2 days of your order confirmation.
Khanak Emporium is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.

6. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors associated with Khanak Emporium are not responsible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
All customer concerns are handled directly by Khanak Emporium’s support team.
