We’re committed to ensuring that your orders reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partner DTDC Courier Services.
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link and packet code within 1–2 business days via email or WhatsApp.
You can use the provided code to track your parcel directly on the official DTDC website:

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing time may vary for high-demand or festive seasons, but we will notify you in case of any expected delay.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delhi/NCR: 3–5 business days

Other major cities: 5–8 business days

Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier partner’s schedule.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on order weight and location.

The applicable delivery charge (if any) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

Promotional offers or free shipping events will be announced on our website and social media pages.

5. Prepaid Orders

As of now, all orders on Khanak Emporium are prepaid.
We currently do not offer “Cash on Delivery” (COD) services.
Your payment confirmation ensures that your order is processed faster and more securely.

6. Delivery Tracking

After dispatch, your tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp within 1–2 business days.

Customers can track real-time delivery status using the DTDC tracking page.

If tracking information is delayed or not updated, please allow 24 hours for the courier system to refresh.

7. Delays or Failed Deliveries

While we ensure timely dispatch, Khanak Emporium is not liable for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Courier delays, strikes, or natural calamities.

Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.

If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please do not accept it from the courier.
Instead, contact us immediately at support@khanakemporium.com
with your order details and photographs for assistance.

9. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through our logistics partner DTDC.
International shipping is not available at this time.
